The holidays can be a challenging time for new moms, those who have lost loved ones, or feel like another thing to add to an already full plate. Take a few minutes to unwind and find a bit of sunshine to make this time a bit more serene and peaceful!
Join Jess from Move to Glow as she guides you towards ways to find mindfulness and meaning during the holidays. Bethel Chef Julia Redden will be on hand to answer your entertainment questions and will be showcasing one of her beautiful charcuterie boards. Hello Sunshine will provide supplies to create a card you can send to someone special to share some holiday cheer! This will be the night out you need to get through the busy weeks ahead!
