Tips for labor, baby positioning, comfortable sleep, posture and more are woven into class. This class is wonderful way to create community with others in pregnancy, in a warm and welcoming environment. For all Stages of Pregnancy and Postpartum No prior yoga experience needed.
Prenatal and postpartum yoga combo classes offer a supportive, nurturing environment designed for expectant and new mothers to maintain wellness through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. These sessions focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor strengthening, enabling a seamless transition from pregnancy to early motherhood.
Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water. Preregistration is required.
Classes meet on Tuesdays, February 10, 17, 24, at 5:15pm, and Saturdays, February 7, 14, 21, at 10:00am. $75 per series, or attend both for $140.
