Description: This event includes a Sculpt and Stretch class that combines both standing and floor sequences.  It focuses on strength, balance, toning, core and mobility exercises all packed in one class! All levels are welcome. No equipment needed, we will have mats but you are welcome to bring your mat, a towel and water are recommended :)

Balanced Beauty: Tara Henry is a licensed esthetician providing relaxing hand massages, skincare education, and guidance on winter skin conditions. She will also educate guests on exfoliation methods, including kinetic dermabrasion, and who it’s best suited for.
