Wednesday is the day of the week to get inspiration on how to live well. Topics discussed will focus on how to have a healthy mind and body as well as give you practical skills and advice to live a better, healthier life. Discussion topics will be different each month and will serve as a way to connect with other like minded individuals. Sessions will be facilitated by Jessica, but will empower the participants to lead, share and reflect on certain life situations and how they currently navigate through life with healthy habits.
