Weekly Classes


Sculpt on Saturdays at 9 am

Description: This class combines both standing and floor sequences.  It focuses on strength, balance, toning, core and mobility exercises all packed in one class! All levels are welcome. No equipment needed, a mat and water are recommended :)

Core & Stretch on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm
Description: This class is centered around breathing, gentle core and pelvic floor exercises with moments of stretch and yoga-based sequences sprinkled in. It is the perfect mix of functional movement and relaxation.

To register online, fill out the waiver form ( a one-time requirement) and then purchase the class. You can also email movetoglowct@gmail.com to register and pay using other payment options.
