Description: This class combines both standing and floor sequences. It focuses on strength, balance, toning, core and mobility exercises all packed in one class! All levels are welcome. No equipment needed, a mat and water are recommended :)
Core & Stretch on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm Description: This class is centered around breathing, gentle core and pelvic floor exercises with moments of stretch and yoga-based sequences sprinkled in. It is the perfect mix of functional movement and relaxation.
