Breath Stay present with your body and flow into your breathing. Simply observe every inhale and exhale. Create space for yourself releasing that unwanted energy.
Nature Being outside changes so much in your physiological and physical being. It reconnect us to our roots. If you are in a city, with buildings, you especially need this time for recharge. During the winter months, use the crisp air to give you a magnificent burst of energy!
Stimulation Find what stimulates your soul. Put on music that reminds you how you want to live. Read a book that uplifts you and brings you joy. Make Any activities to that make you feel full and wholesome a part of each day.
Positive Thoughts The mind often constructs thoughts that can steer us far from reality and keep us from recognizing our value and worth. Appreciate your body and what it can do. Appreciate the remarkable knowledge your brain provides. Practice self care. Be content, accept and allow!
